Disadvantages: we nearly died

i had a haven holiday from hell , my children and myself nearly died this may in a caravan at california sands , we were treated very badly my son was admitted into hospital overnight , due to a faulty gas fire which was leaking carbon minoxide poisioning when i complained we were given another caravan , but we had to take our dirty linen with us no-one from haven came to see if we were ok , and when i wrote a formall complaint too the main haven in hempel hempstead they offered me a £50 off a holiday voucher totally unacceptable considering we would of died if i had not reported the fire , as we would of been overcome with the fumes the cleaners would of found us at the end of the week quiet frightening really . a free holiday might of been a consolation as ours was ruined it has put me off haven holidays treated very badly by all .

Summary: very dissatisfied the way we was treated was appalling
