Advantages: Good facilities for kids

We have just returned from Haggerston Castle. We booked a Prestige Caravan as they looking fantastic on the website. When we got there we were given a very basic old caravan which I thought clearly must have been a mistake. When I complained I was told that this was a Prestige and the pictures on the internet are only an example of the caravans and you cannot expect them to be the same - however I would expect them to be of the same standard.

After I complained we were given another caravan - but we were given the wrong keys, went back to reception got the right keys got in and it had not been cleaned. The staff showed very little interest in my concerns.

I got the impression the company are more interested in making as much money out of you as possible rather than giving you good service!

Summary: Will not be back!
