BAD MANAGEMENT (Haven Holidays in general)

Booked holiday at Haven in Wales, Hafan y Mor, not excepting the ritzs hey its Haven. We arrived and booked in, made our way to our chalet. It was clean but furniture was old, tatty and had a marrierusty smell. The shower leaked, we went for our meal has we had half board. The furniture in the resturant is out dated and the chairs are in a poor condition with rips. The food for breakfast was not to bad, bacon being burned and if you want mushrooms you have hunt them down. The food is not label and the staff cannot understand you as there is a language barrier, if you have an allergry to something good luck as they do not understand you. One thing you must do is look out for yesterday leftovers has it is dished up the following day please be careful.
In the Showbar the staff behind the bar have a language barrier asked for a pink of lager shandy and got lager and soda water.
But what i am annoyed about is that on the 18th AUGUST 2008 HAS A TRAINED SIA DOOR SUPERVISOR AND NIGHTCLUB MANAGER. I WAS AWARE THAT THE FIRE ALARM WAS GOING OFF IN THE SHOWBAR FOR AT LEAST 3 MINUTES OR MORE BEFORE THE STAFF REACTED TO THIS. WE WERE ASKED TO LEAVE THE BAR AND MAKE OUR WAY TO THE CAR PARK. WHILE DOING THIS THE BAR STAFF WERE OUTSIDE SMOKING. I NOTICED THAT HALF OF THE SECURITY STAFF DID NOT HAVE EAR PIECES FOR THEIR RADIOS. ON MY WAY OUT OF THE SHOWBAR I ASKED THE SECURITY GUARD WHY IT TOOK SO LONG TO RESPOND HE SAID "WE DIDN'T HEARD THE RADIOS"
IN IRELAND THERE WAS A NIGHTCLUB FIRE IT TOOK LESS THAN 2 MINUTES FOR THE FIRE TO TAKE HOLD, THIS TIME HAVEN YOU WERE LUCKY BUT NEXT TIME YOU MAY NOT.
I FEEL THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE A STRONG LOOK AT THEMSELVES HAS LIFES COULD OFF BEEN LOST.

Summary: BEAWARE HAVEN AND BULTINS ARE RUN BY THE SAME GROUP.
