Advantages: Large Mobile Homes suitable for upto 8 people

Disadvantages: Uk sites are too big and have inadeqaute seating for evening entertainment

My review is based on experience in visiting a number of Havens sites within the UK and abroad.

Having a young family I was looking for a holiday with lots of activities and fun for the children. The holidays in the UK had plenty to do. Those abroad had kids clubs which were adequate. Nothing like in the UK but to be fair most go abroad to go to the beach, pools etc so in my opinion it isn't as important.

Haven have renamed themselves abroad as Siblu. They now own a number of sites themselves. These sites have often been bought from existing businesses. The mobile homes have always been of a very high standard and the reps extremely helpful Each site has its own reception and barriers that close the site after dark They also sell mobile homes and many of the holiday makers are owners. Our holidays have always been fantastic.

As for the UK our experiences have not been as good. A couple of years ago we travelled to Devon Cliffs. The site itself was immaculate but far too big. This meant that the club site of a night was far too busy. Many holiday makers had to stand up to watch the evening entertainment and the characters. A similar thing happened to us in Lincolnshire. Again we had to go and save seats of about 5pm in the afternoon in order to be able to watch the show of an evening.
