Advantages: Good clean and well run sites.

Disadvantages: Prices in brochure can be increased by 60%

Recently booked a holiday to Blue Dolphin on recieving the written receipt my wife pointed out we have been charged from the wrong date bracket in the brochure{over charge £50}
I phoned the site number who told me they did not have a brochure to compare against ,so could not help.They advised me to phone main booking office.
I phoned main booking office who saw the mistake and appolgised but said they were not allowed to give back credits and advised me to contact customer care.
I phoned customer care who pointed out the small print in the brochure which is supposed to say ,the prices printed are only a guide, and we can charge for supply and demand.
This treatment from customer care I believe is false economy.
I would advise people to ignore the brochure price and phone for price.
PS.I have no complaints about the sites which I believe are excellent
