Haven sites are very good value for money, i've been to three different sites all self catering in the caravans.
I dont have a single complaint, loads of entertainment for all, kids clubs and adult entertainment in a separate bar to the family lounge on an evening.
The sites are well laid out and located. You can get real bargain holidays by booking last minute or very early.
Linen is provided the only thing you need is clothes, yourself, food and towels.
Dont go to their local store though my advice is as you drive to your holiday look out for a local supermarket and stock for the full holiday from there.
Most of the onsite entertainment is free and their are usually loads of trips available if you dont have your own transport.
Reception on site is more than that it's a complete information service on the site and the whole area so pay them a visit and make the most of your holiday.
