Dont really rate the park we went to last year near skegness, and try and complain, just watch the staff disappear. We complained in writing and what did we get £50 off our next haven holiday i dont think so. The cleaning staff left our caravan open, our car was broken into. The so called kids club was a joke, in particular the area around where the kids brought their ice drinks, the floor was filthy and you stuck to it. The toilets were disgusting, really filthy.
I may try haven again but certainly not their skegness park, we considered hiring a pushchair but changed our mind when we saw the condition of them, this park needs a clean up, an upgrade and a new management team.
