Just spent a three night break in Seton Sands park. Four adults and two bairns. Rained, of course, but we had a ball. The kids were totally catered for and didn't want to leave at the end. As adults we enjoyed the trips around the area. Some wonderfully sandy beaches within ten miles. Good restaurants in nearby towns that welcome young children. Caravan was clean and tidy, plenty of kitchen essentials. We only brought towels and clothes with us and we lacked naught else. Only problem I had (the others in our company didn't) was that the music was way tooooo loud at shows.

We booked for Devon Cliffs at Sandy Bay (Exmouth), please don't bother!. We had two above standard caravans (beach walk), one for our inlaws and the other for us and our two children age 9 and 3 years. We payed £569.00 per caravan for one week, we was very disappointed with the cleaness and quality of both caravans, from dirty carpets, greeced oven hob, broken/stained seats, from a fridge/freezer switching on and off at random, tv, shelfs, lack of basic kitchen utencils from a tin opener, measuring jug, small kitchen knifes, UNSAFE draws and oven grill! The actual park facilities are over priced, and regarding direct access to the beach, which is covered in a field of green smelly fly infested seaweed. We did complain to the manager, but are still waiting to hear from Haven!!

Spent 2 wks at Haven Golden Sands park, Mablethorpe. Prestige Caravan was a joke. Thank God we got a half price Holiday, otherwise there would have been serious trouble. The campsite looks a right state. years ago it looked lovely, all caravans looking similar and uniform, but now Haven plug the Owners Exclusive, the park looks like a dumping ... Last October Half Term my brother and his two kids and me, my hubby and my two kids went to the Lakeland Haven Holiday Park in Cumbria. It was the first visit to lake district for all of us and we had booked a 4 night 5 day mid-week trip staying in a Superior caravan for £289 - bargain we thought. We knew that it was the end of the ... Read the complete review

Can I stress we had 2 young children 1 6 month & the other 12 month. The 1st night was fine, second night we ended up having to phone through to security as there were some ... I have just come back from Marton Mere 3 miles from Blackpool and minutes from the M55. We stayed in a 3 bedroom caravan. Its years since I've been in one and I'm quite impressed. Its what they describe a 'superior plus'. It came with the beds already made up in this 1 double and 2 very tiny singles. A warning though, the single beds ... Read the complete review

My review is based on Combe Haven holiday park near Hastings. The site has a lot of facilities including an inside and outside swimming pool, sports courts and sports hall, playgrounds, amusement arcades, large bar / dining area, entertainment hall, pitch and putt golf, laundry and shop. All the facilities you need for a good break ... Read the complete review

I got back today from Reighton Sands Haven Park in Filey, where I stayed with my kids for the second time. It's the only Haven site I've been to, but I don't imagine there's much variation. The kids having had a fantastic time at Reighton last year, I rebooked early to get the best deal, & in fact without asking I got offered a ... Read the complete review

We have just returned from the worst holiday, at Lakeland Haven (South Lake District). We paid £499 for a week with 2 of our children, and booked so called "superior plus" level of accomodation, meaning we had beds made on arrival and a newer van for our holiday. On arrival, we had to find our un-numbered van in the dark and then found ... Read the complete review

Having left it too late to book for our Easter break at Butlins, we decided that we would try Haven instead. We had heard good things from friends and as there is a big camp at nearby Cleethorpes we though that that would be a good and reasonably cheap option. How wrong we were. First things first, anyone expecting Haven to be ... Read the complete review

Me and my friend decided to get away for a short break for the first week of the Easter holidays with two twelve year olds and settled on Blackpool as our destination. I wish I could be writing another great holiday review here, but sadly my holiday at Haven's Craig Tara holiday park was a big let down. Craig Tara is located in Ayr, Scotland, on the old Butlin's site. Until my holiday at Craig Tara, I had never stayed at a Haven holiday park before, as I had a great holiday at a Hoseasons ... Ok, so a Haven caravan in Blackpool isn't my dream holiday. That would be lying on a beach in the Bahama's somewhere, sipping cocktails. If only.... However I'm a single mum to two children, aged , at the time of visit last June, age 3 and 11. My eldest was off on a 3 week tour of California with my parents, so that left just me and my ... I stayed in a Haven caravan park a month or so back with my girlfriend as we thought it would be nice to have 3 days away, we chose the park in Weymouth as we fancied a seaside break.
