Newest Review: ... the bureau de change. It is decorated very vividly as First choice is all turquoise colour but it just adds to the airy feel of the place. Ok so everywhere is clean, tidy and looks nice. Now we get to the choice of holidays. The holiday hypermarket will liaise with other holiday places so you can be assured that they will be able to get you what you want and where you want to go. I do ... more

I am reviewing the Holiday Hypermarket shop which is classed as Sutton and is on the Chester Road in the West Midlands. I went a couple of weeks back to book my honeymoon and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the members of staff were, how helpful and how patient they were and here is why. The Holiday Hypermarket in Sutton is on a retail park which has a massive Tesco, Boots, Next and an Au Naturale. The car park is huge and we have never had any trouble finding a space and it is free which is great. It is easy to find as it is located on a main road which has major links to the West Midlands main spots such as Birmingham so here is the ...  Read the complete review

I wanted to find a holiday for me and my girlfriend somewhere hot and quite lively like Greece or Cyprus. I looked on quite a few websites but I found that holiday hypermarket was one of the easiest to search and seems to have loads of holidays. I kept looking for holidays every day for about 2 weeks! I found one in Zante that looked good and a few that looked quite good in Crete. We eventually decided to book the Zante one so I went on holiday hypermarket and tried to book online but the internet was going quite slow and I wasn't sure if I should book it online. I ended up ringing up instead and actually got through a lot quicker than I expected. We found out that the ...  Read the complete review

Holiday Hypermarket is possibly the worst travel agency I have had dealings with. I am in the travel trade industry and, as part of my job, I have to deal with many travel agencies on a daily basis. From the outset of making a phone call to them, you are bombarded with “please press 1 for, 2 for” etc. Then, just when you think you have done it and managed to get through, the patronising recorded male voice says, “please call 08721…” So, ok you then dial that number and it takes you through the options then up pops Mr Smug again who prompts you to dial the original number!! As a point to note, I have now ...  Read the complete review

I thought i deserved a break from the never ending turmoil of working life. I go to work, i come home, i go to bed, i get up, i go to work, i come home..... you get the idea. Probably do it yourself yeah? me too... Anyway, i deserve a holiday (i think) so on thursday night, i hotfooted it up to the holiday hypermarket in Edinburgh, 30 minutes before it closed to have a quick look, with the thought to maybe come and book something at the weekend. Inside the place is superb. Looks like a mini disneyland with all the bits anf bobs, french cafe style waiting room, bates motel with the musci to go. Nice. I have never met such friendly people. Being a 45 year old, recently separated mother of two I never expected to be travelling to the other side of the world ALONE! Finding myself in the fortunate position of being invited to stay with a friend in Australia - all I had to do was book a flight and go! Simple! I wasn't really sure who to buy my ticket from. I checked online (of course) got a few ideas about prices and, thanks to Dooyoo, decided which airline might be best to travel with. I also had a good look through the Sunday papers and teletext - they all said the same - 'cheap flights to OZ - only £500'. Hmmm - we'll see! I decided to visit the Holiday Hypermarket in ...  Read the complete review
