I had an awful time in Varadero (Iberostar) booked with the holiday place. They have done nothing to compensate this despite my bitter complaints.

We booked with this company for a 13 night two centre holiday in Cuba. The website is easy to use and very accurate on information, pricing and availability(unlike many others who advertise packages which do not exist, or use guide prices 25% below the real ones!). Booking was so easy, it took about five minutes on the phone, and we were offered advice on alternative hotels available in Havana (and no, not for more money). All the paperwork turned up on time, tickets were couriered (we had a phone call to arrange a delivery time and date, how's that for peace of mind!)Value for money seemed to be really good, although we knew that this was in part due to flights with ...
