I booked what I thought was a bargain holiday to Cuba. The hotel club amigo was delapidated and the wall in our room was covered in damp. They use cubana airlines for internal flight who sub contract to aero Caribbean. Aero caribbean took off twice in a plane that they knew was unsafe and had to emergency land twice. The holiday place representative finally turned up approx 4 hours later after us being shipped to a holding hotel. Having complained to the holiday place they advised i would get a reply within 28 days. It has been 6 weeks so I called and spoke to nikita who is the customer service supervisor. She was rude, unhelpful and refused to esculate my complaint. She also didn't seem to appreciate that I had nearly died in the fiasco! I am in the process of gathering info to take the company to a small claims court. Nikita also refused to put in writing exactly what the company had done to investigate.

It's obvious that this company can only provide cut price holidays by cutting corners and not providing any service should you have a problem.

Summary: wouldn't use again even if it was a free holiday and will be looking to sue for compensation......
