Advantages: Great Customer Service, True to the Brochure
Disadvantages: Slightly aged coaches
I recently returned from a two week holiday on the island of KOS, GREECE. My travel operator was JMC and quite frankly I received the best customer service I've ever experienced from any of the tour operators! Reading the opinions at 'dooyoo' concerning JMC, I was naturally hesitant about booking with them. However, I decided to make my own mind up about JMC and bite-the-bullet. Don't get me wrong, if my experience was a bad one - then I would be the first one to say so! Yet, JMC on the Greek island of KOS were far superior in numbers, and level of customer service than any of the other operators I came into contact with. Flight from Gatwick - Trouble free, good service, polite and friendly staff. Transfers and accommodation were excellent. Very efficient and very informative on arrival. We stayed in the resort of Kefalos at the Pantheon Apartments and our rep visited twice a day to check that all of its guests were OK. Having spoken to many other JMC holiday makers in other resorts on the island, I found their experiences of JMC to be largely similar to mine. I GUESS THE MORAL OF THIS STORY IS THAT NO MATTER HOW BAD SOME EXPERIENCES MAY BE - YOU REALLY WILL NEVER KNOW UNLESS YOU BITE-THE-BULLET AND TRY FOR YOURSELF. I had a lovely holiday in Kos and felt very-well looked after. I would give them an 8/10.

- 02/06/01 I dont understand the purpose of this site? I have written 96 opinions and I hope my experiences have helped others to choose what things to buy and vice versa. When we were in mallorca I spotted another 2 written complaints given to our rep. They had been there for 3 days (pinned to the notice board) because the rep hadnt been there to pick them up. You appear to be the lucky one. 3 000 000 people play the lottery every week. One is lucky, the others lose out big time. To use an americanism too. "Go figure". |
