Advantages: Great with everyone, always very helpful, make holidays easy

Jmc is part of the Thomas Cook company. So far I have had one experience with them and it was a pretty good one.

We booked our JMC holiday and all correspondance was prompt and relevent.

We travelled to Kos with them. The JMC airoplanes were nice with small telly's and offered meals on both return and outgoing journeys, which as far as heated, mass produced food goes wasn't too bad. It was hot when we got it and quite tasty.

The JMC Reps were there to meet us st the airport and take us by coach to our apartment.

On our first day our rep met us all at a welcome meeting and told us a bit about the area and what there was to do etc. We were also told about the various excursions available, which were all excellent value for money. Most of them were a lot cheaper that sorting them out yourself and of course it saved us the bother.

We met most of the reps during the course of the week, all of them friendly and able to adapt themselves to whatever the situation. There is also a kids club which seemed pretty good, but not having kids myself, I can't really commment on that one.

The reps were available if we had a problem and were at each accommodation for at least 3 hours a day. If you had a problem out of hours, then a 24 hour number was provided to speak to someone.

The information we had in the brochure told it more or less like it is which is good, as theres nothing worse than going somewhere and finding out that it's completely different to what it says in the brochure.

Our seats were prebooked for us on the plane so myself and my partner knew that we would definately be sitting together.

Our holiday was reasonably priced, £360 per person for a week in Kos, but you could get it much cheaper if you are prepared to get a late deal.

Overall JMC were brilliant throughout our holiday, but there was one thing that let them down. On the way back, our plane was
delayed about 3 hours, the reps told us when we arrived at the airport and that was it, we never saw them again. No one kept us informed of what was happening and it might not have hurt them to provide a free drink or something for everyone, but apart from this I couldn't fault them.
