This year we went on holiday with a new tour operator called J.M.C. Our first experience of them was the flight to our destination, which was on time and the cabin crew was courteous and helpful. The meal was nice and what you would expect on an aircraft.

The reps on arrival at Turkey were helpful and we got to our resort bus with little fuss. At our hotel we attended the welcome meeting, where lots of activities, day and evening were promised. The information regarding the resort was useful. The reps were always on hand throughout the day if you had any problems and we were given a card with emergency numbers stated, if needed. However, on our day of departure no reps were to be seen to send us off.

On the whole we found the company/reps to be reliable, helpful and we would certainly consider booking with them again in the future.
