Advantages: Prices are cheap and if you have no problems it's okay

Disadvantages: when something goes wrong the customer service in u.k.is appalling

This compnay specialise in Greek holidays.We've had a very bad experience with this company this year in respect of a complaint we've had going through with their customers service dept in U.K. We've travelled with this company several times and this year we went to Alikanes,Zante.
The main thing we've always liked about Kosmar is the accuracy of their brochure so we were so disappointed to find that our quiet accomadation had had a music bar built beside it during the winter, which played loud music until 3am or later. We had to sacrifice our ideal location for a cheaper accomodation away from the fantastic beach.
We filled out the necessary complaints form with the very nice rep there and continued the complaint,as instructed on our return.
After 28 days we had had no response so had to chase them up by phone and then received a letter next day. The letter ignored many of our comments, offered no compensation for moving to cheaper accomodation and basically was a standard sorry but tough luck letter.
I wrote again and received a very curt letter back effectedly saying that they had answered my complaint and could do no more.
The current brochure still doesn't mention the music bar so I'm disgusted to think that people are still booking up for this place not realasing they won't get any sleep. We were not the only people who had complained so it was not just us being difficult.
I certainly don't intend to let the matter drop and intend to phone them again or contact our travel agents for advice.
