Advantages: Great service, Great detail in their planning

Disadvantages: The brochere could do with a little more information regarding local areas

My last holiday i went on was to the carribean. We flew from heathrow to Miami atayed over for a night and then went to the Turks & Caicos islands for 7 nights. (Read my review in travel/The turks % Caicos). And then finally finished our holiday over in the Bahamas.
A Week before we flew i was contacted and told that my tickets were ready for collection from the agent that i had booked them through.

Once I had picked them up I was really impresed with the presentation pack that came with it. There was a complete inventory of flights times and places to be.
All this in a durable stylish wallet.

Once we reached our destinations there were a Kuoni reps to meet us at the airports and take us to our hotels. The taxi fares were all pre paid. That is the level of detail this company had gone to make sure that our honeymoon was spot on.
The hotels where better than they described in there brochere. They had even arranged for us to get upgraded at everyone of our hotels.

On the whole I could honestly say that every penny I spent of that holiday was well worth it. On the whole Kuoni had well thought out its package. I would never hesitate to use them again.
