Advantages: Helpful and good value for money

Disadvantages: Noe that I can think of.

I travelled to Thailand last year with Kuoni and I have to say they were excellent. On the website they seem to do holidays to many many different locations around the world. The holiday I booked was one of their special offers and found it be very reasonable. What impressed me most about Kuoni was there reps, there was always someone about to help with any questions we had, the transport from the airport was great, there was no waiting for a coach to load 50 -60 people they picked us up in small taxis which was great. They were very helpful in recommending places to visit that may be of interest and other tips about the area. I would definitely book with Kuoni again and would tell anyone who asks me that you couldn't fault them. Well done Kuoni, they certainly made a difference to your normal Thomson or Thomas Cook tour operators.
