I have used Kuoni for long haul package tours several times and have no complaints. The information and booking arrangements have always gone smoothly. The tours have been as stated in the brochure and any guides or representatives have been helpful. Some of the tours could perhaps be got a little cheaper elsewhere but this company does in my experience maintain a good standard and you get what you pay for.
I have also used their Tailormade service to add on to a tour and found this worked very well. They are flexible in the arrangements made and their price was the best compared to other tour companies I approacehed. They were also quite quick in responding to my request.
I would certainly book with them again.
