Lunn Poly is a travel agent that I have used for the last three years, and will use again this year for booking for annual holiday in the sun. My girlfriend and I are so impressed by the service that we receive that we use them every time. I've covered everything that I have encountered in this review and hopefully it will help you make a decision of going in and giving them a try. In my honest opinion, judging by every travel agent ive ever booked a holiday from - Lunn Poly is the best by miles! At Lunn Poly, you can either exchange cash into various currencies, look at holiday brochures or book your holiday! When i went to book my holiday with my boyfriend a little while ago, we were asked to sit at a table and one of the staff would be with us as soon as possible. Well, we were only waiting a matter of a couple of seconds when this very friendly lady came up to us and introduced herself. Next she asked if we would like tea or coffee! Iam slightly disappointed with Lunn Poly.In October last year I booked a holiday for me and my husband to Tenerife. We were to go there in March this year. The staff there were really friendly and one of the staff found me a good offer. It was for the Ocean Palace apartments Las Americas. This is a four star complex which is new and situated on the outskirts of Las Americas. The rooms are an all suite, just a posh word for a studio apartment.
