I'm due to go on holiday this friday,(thank god!!) and it was booked through Lunn Poly in Edinburh's Hannover street. On one busy april saturday my best friend and i were trundling on our way to miss selfridge when suddenly it became a good idea to pick up some holiday brochures . Once inside the shop a lovely warm atmosphere compared to the cold wet one that was outside along with the pictures of tropical beaches and one woman saying oh that is such a good deal, we decided to ask the lovely lisa to check the system, telling her of course we were just looking and had no money to book.
Browsing through she found us a great deal for two weeks half board in Kavos, and after she looked in the gazetteer we realised it was a bargain. One problem the small sum of money in our pockets but no need to worry, lisa arranged a low deposit for us, only £25 each, so it was goodbye to miss selfride!!
We also got free insurance for a year which wasn't as good as we expected as we had to pay a excess waiver.
Most places wouldn't have taken us seriously as we were only 18 and yes we do look young!! But lisa took her time and spoke to us like we were adults the service was excellent.
so good infact that I went back two weeks ago and booked a holiday for my boyfriend and i to the costa del sol next year.
