Advantages: German countryside

Disadvantages: Poor hotel,poor tour manager, abusive foul mouthed driver

How best can I describe my Christmas markets trip? Where should I begin? Here goes; Hotel manager kept turning the radiators off bit like Faulty Towers, food poor both in quality and quantity, the Coach broke down, faulty windscreen wipers on way, electrical fault before our return journey started, same fault on Ferry at Dover ( upon our return no service to coach, it went straight out again to Paris with only an internal tidy up )6-7 hours delay, tour manager ineffective, driver abusive and threatening. Driver drove while making mobile call NOT hands free, drove despite being way over his 9hours legal limit. All reported to Newmarket on our return, who quite frankly have given lip service only to all complaints. So if you expect to pay your money and get this kind of service on a holiday, then go ahead. I will never book with Newmarket Holidays again.
