Advantages: The ship is fine, good vegetarian menu, excellent friendly staff.

Disadvantages: Erm, you only get one third of the holiday you paid for and 27 hour journey home!

I have just returned from a cruise with Page & Moy on board the Ocean Majesty. The cruise was going fine for the first 4 days; nice food, pleasant if slightly old ship with friendly and helpful 5* staff until THE SHIP BECAME UNANCHORED IN PORT AND CRASHED INTO ANOTHER SHIP! No passengers were hurt, although two of the life boats were sufficiently damaged so that the cruise was terminated - we were notified at 10pm and had to pack and leave the ship by 8am - what followed was a torturous 27hour coach/aeroplane/taxi journey home (with just a 5 hour stop for sleep in a hotel). Page and Moy have offered us just 50% of the price of the cruise back despite the fact that we'd only had 4 days of the 11 day cruise! Totally unacceptable, wouldn't you agree?

Summary: Just don't take the risk of booking with Page & Moy or Travelsphere!

If it's any small consolation, I posted a couple of pictures of the damage on my flickr site http://www.flickr.com/pho tos/robert_an_keow/ - at least you can have the consolation of showing them to people and complaining about what happened all over again! (We were on the Thompson Spirit but our damaged was repairable and our holiday was not interrupted)

That doesnt sound good, i'll make sure they give me back at least 75% of me money back!

That's awful- I can't believe they've only offered you 50% of the price. It's horrible when holidays go wrong. I'll steer clear of this company!
