If you have ever had something go wrong on your holiday, you will know how annoying and disruptive it can be. Even more infuriating is the process you have to go through on your return in attempting to claim any form of recompense from the travel company who will try every trick in the book to wriggle out of admitting any responsibility. It therefore gives me great pleasure to report on a positive experience with Premier Holidays. I used Premier Holidays brochure Premier Asia to book a 12 day stay in Singapore and Malaysia. The reason I chose them in the first place was because they were offering this holiday for £800 compared to at least £1100 from all the other companies I looked at. Mostly the same hotels were offered too. I cannot fault the service that we were then given once booked with premier. The main nuts and bolts of booking and travelling on the holiday went without any hitches, but the extra little touches were what made them stand out and make me definitly want to use them again.
