I have just spent a few hours with Lionel at their Brighton office and have come away with a holiday booked and just 2 months to wait until we're off. Service was very good indeed as they all clearly know their stuff (they'd have to with a name like Selective Asia!). They inspect all the hotels and destinations themselves so it's very reassuring booking with them, better than relying on all the moaners on TA anyway! Laos and Cambodia here we come!!!

I have just returned from travelling with Selective Asia in Laos, Cambodia and Thailand and have to agree with Bumpybumb(??!). A great service, the overall experience was everything I had been promised and a lot more. Switching from one local guide to another at each new destination was a real plus, as it meant we always had a real expert on hand. Our guide in Pakse even took us by his own house to meet his wife and young baby girl Naeh! In Thailand we only really passed through quickly - a couple of nights in Chiang Mai and a one in Bangkok, however we gave Laos and Cambodia 10 days each.
