I am not a student. I was desperate to find a flight to Berlin during April to celebrate my girlfriends birthday with her. Trouble was I could only go for one night and needed a return flight the next day.

As anyone who has tried to book the cheap flights before will know, they are restricted to 2 night trips....no good for me. I was reccommended STA as they might be able to help.

Prior to phoning them I called the only available airline that could help me with my midweek flight arrangements, namely BA. The quoted me 540.00 plus taxes to fly to Berlin and return the next day from Heathrow!!! Mega bucks, I don't know how the companies that pay for all their exec's to fly around all the time survive.

Anyway, I contacted STA and quoted them the flight details...they booked me on the same flight, probably in the same seat as I would have got through BA, on the same BA flight for, wait for it....170.00! saving me almost 400.00!!! on the very same flight!!!

I don't know how they did it, but they did. You have to buy their special card to show that you are under 26 (a stipulation for cheap flights) for 4.00 but it was well worth it.

Their staff are so friendly and very helpful.

I would definately book my travel with them again.
