Advantages: I'm going on holiday

Disadvantages: The cost, the rip-off, the rerview says it all.

Be very wary of this company, they get you to sign up for things and then deny it. My boyfriend booked a holiday and took out an insurance policy so that if he wanted to change the holiday at all, it would not cost.

We both went back to the office as we had to change it and was told that it would cost nearly £200 to do so. The woman basically called us liars about the insurance policy so we cancelled it as we were paying for nothing and then walked out.

We decided to go back a month later and see somebody else and magically it was a completly different scenario. The woman dealing with us knew about our last visit as it was all logged on the computers. She then told us to wait a few moments and she walked over to the woman we had previously dealt with and took her into the manager office. She came back five minutes later and we were told that if we changed the holiday and took it in a different season it would cost us only £30 pounds, a big difference.

It just seemed very dodgy to me like something underhand was going on, or people don't know what their doing. I will not be using them ever again.

I know that we should have complained but to be honest I couldn't be bothered with all the hassle. I was just glad that we are able to get a holiday without my boyfriends two children. We've only had 5 holidays alone together in the seven years that we've been together and they were either weekends or long weekends, so I think that we fully deserve it.
