I booked a holiday with Thomas Cook a few years ago and had a great time. I see there are a few negative reviews about them but I can honestly say I had no complaints at all with them. For starters the price for my holiday was a bargain, it was about £650 for 11 nights in the Caribbean, and for that price you can't go wrong. I booked through their website and found it very easy to use and managed to get everything booked in next to no time at all. The documents arrived in good time, the flight was good, with the in flight meals being surprisingly good also, and the transfers at the other end were seamless. The Thomas Cook reps were very helpful and always on hand to help with any problems we had, the hotel was of a good standard and the trips that the reps sold were brilliant. The only slight niggle is that they could offer more destinations and choices of hotels. If you are thinking about booking Thomas Cook then I have no problems recommending them as a great tour operator.
