I've now booked 3 holidays with Thomas Cook Direct and have found them to be very professional, helpful, courteous.

When they've promised to call me back they have done so. They've gone the extra mile, checking with airlines whether I could get extra leg room etc, without me even asking.

Overall I'd rate them very highly ! It's unusual in this day and age to find a call centre that delivers personal, friendly serbice, but these guys have done it repeatedly (in my experience of course)
