I have never seen any point in paying a third party to book hotels and flights as I would have to endure far more repetitive work to earn the money. However my mum insists on booking her holidays though the murky veil of Thomas Cook even when she had access to the same flights £60 cheaper from credit card freebies she had already earned. ... Hello i have used Thomas Cook a couple of times to travel abroad and both times have had no problems. I travelled to Amesterdam once and also Spain. I booked on both occasions at my local high street branch in Bury St Edmunds. The staff are very polite and are quite happy to work to or around a budget given to them which is ... Thomas Cook is one of the UK's largest and oldest travel agents, offering package holidays, flights and hotels all around the world. We've used Thomas Cook many times for booking our holiday and have been very impressed with them. Thomas Cook's prices are generally pretty competitive (although not always the cheapest, so make ... I booked a holiday with Thomas Cook a few years ago and had a great time. I see there are a few negative reviews about them but I can honestly say I had no complaints at all with them. For starters the price for my holiday was a bargain, it was about £650 for 11 nights in the Caribbean, and for that price you can't go wrong. I booked ... Read the complete review

Thomas Cook are one of the oldest and most well known holiday companies in the world. They offer holidays to almost anywhere, and always seem to offer great value for money. Last year, I was in the process of booking a holiday to Magaluf in Majorca. I carried out searches with all of the major UK travel agents, and every ... Read the complete review

Just had a "Thomas Cook experience" and although you may think this is one of the bigger and better companies to go on your hols with, think again!. Maybe they are just too big and the individual experiences of some travellers don't matter (my personal opinion of course!). I am not writing this just to have a moan. ... Read the complete review

Something went funny with package holidays last year and instead of going down in price the nearer you got to the destination they went up! So in about June I realised I better book the holiday and was determined to get back to Sorrento having enjoyed a 4star stay there 5 years ago with Thomson. Ease of Booking and ... Over the past year I've been fortunate enough to be able to travel to the USA on at least 3 occasions. I have used Thomas Cook's website a few times before in searching for holidays but always found that their offers tended to be a bit pricey.
