Just posted this review on the hotel Marina Rey Don jaime in Santa Ponsa. However, it should also be seen on the VERY professional tour company - Thomson holidays.

I would like to advise anyone hiring a safety deposit box in this hotel. We paid for this by visa for two weeks hire.
When we returned home, our visa bill had arrived. We noticed we had been charged twice for the safe hire. Contacted the hotel by visa SEVERAL times and have yet to receive an answer - EIGHT weeks later.
Contacted our tour company, Thomson, and have just received a note from them to say that this was a PRIVATE transaction between us and the hotel and Thomson could do nothing!!!

Can I point out that this is a THOMSON APPROVED HOTEL.....

You really do need to add more info/detail - Always remember when writing reviews you are not so much writing for the Dooyoo members but more like the general public - Hence they need to know the as much information about the product/service as possible- Will gladly re-rate if improved :)
