I have used Thomson twice for our holidays to Austria and i cannot fault them. On both occasions it was a late deal (leaving within 3 weeks). We had all our documentation delivered to us in time. Got to the airport checked in fine. At Austria we were met at arrivals but a tour rep and guided to the coach for our transfer. Upon getting down at our hotel we were shown in by the rep, and once our keys and room were allocated she left us. with a welcome pack- this is a guide to the town we were staying in and also a welcome walking guide by the Thomson staff. This was very useful and they gave us hints and tips on the town and what places to visit. The Thomson office was always staffed, and they were very helpful (even lending us a charger). We booked a few excursions- which were run on time and smoothly- the guide they employ (an english lady living in Austria) was excellent.

Our accomodation was lovely and we couldn`t fault it. We would not hesistate recommending Thomson- their customer service was excellent.

Summary: Had a brilliant holiday
