My expectations were exceeded (Thomson Holidays)

Advantages: Knowledge, level of service

Disadvantages: Cost - Not the cheapest around

I have been using Thomson for several years, and practically every holiday I have ever been on and althoguh maybe not the cheapest available their level of expertise and commitment to customer services surpasses my expectations every time.
We were recently booked to travel to Mexico, and due to swine flu our holiday was cancelled...if I had booked with any other company or via an on-line agent I would have been extremelly worried, but the travel shop spent 3 hours with us as we tried to find another dream holiday.
I found I was able to speak to anyone of the girls and always found them to be very helpful and was able to deal with any queries quickly and competently. I have been that impressed with how they dealt with the swine flu situation that I wouldnt dream of booking my next holiday with anyone else, as I know that if anything goes wrong Thomson have a capable team to ensure complete satisfaction.

Summary: Will definately use Thomsons to book my next holiday
