I have used Thomson twice for our holidays to Austria and i cannot fault them. On both occasions it was a late deal (leaving within 3 weeks). We had all our documentation delivered to us in time. Just got back from Gran Canaria Princess 4T Platinum in Gran Canaria. The hotel was very worn in need of refurbishment.Meal times a nightmare queues 100 people at breakfast and evening.All seats were hard because cushions were very worn in the bars and lounges .Cant see why this hotel has a Platinum 4T rating very dissappointed with standard.The only good thing about this holiday were the staff wno were friendly and helpful.

Unprofessional, imaterous, customer services? Where is it? Missing information, hotel reservation canceled 1 week before our holiday's date, never recieved any confirmation papers for new hotel, everytime new assitant, who had no idea about our holidays, stressfull and nervours days instead of relax and prepairing holidays, bad experiences, not qualified stuff, mush better to arange your own holidays in internet ! Nor reccomend !

Just posted this review on the hotel Marina Rey Don jaime in Santa Ponsa. However, it should also be seen on the VERY professional tour company - Thomson holidays.
