Trailfinders is a highstreet travel agent who specialises in flights and accomodation seperately. They have good telephone customer service and can often answer your call within a few minutes. Why is it then that they have such a poor Internet presence. The web site does not even offer the most basic of search details which means you have to get flight information from the telephone number which is not avaliable 24/7. On the web site you are able to order brochures but that is basically as far as it goes, which is a pity considering Trailfinders strong real world presence.

Trailfinders staff are friendly and very helpful so I would recommend that you go to them when you are planning to book a holiday, at least for a quote on what you want. I would try somewhere like dialaflight as well who seem to offer the cheapest flights.
