Advantages: none except I haven't got to use them again

Disadvantages: do not return calls,plenty of goowill gestures by this rubbish company run by muppets.

We booked to go to egypt with Luxuryholidaymaker.co.uk for our 25 wedding anniversary last month.We upgraded to the royal savoy in sharm because it was a bit more exclusive.As the holiday was nearing we hadn't recieved any confirmation then came the news that they had booked the hotel with medway travel and it had gone through under the xl collapse.We asked for a refund but was told our money was lost and as a" goodwill "gesture they would pay for an alternative holiday so we chose the jaz mirabel beach.Still no confirmation for the hotel booking.The flight tickets did come but my wifes name was wrong ,but no problem we could pick up the tickets at the airport.2 DAYS BEFORE THE FLIGHT THE HOTEL VOUCHER CAME VIA E MAIL AND WE WERE BOOKED INTO THE JAZ MIRABEL CLUB.We were told they could do no more and that was that.We contacted our solicitor and informed them that they had broken their contract and we would be seeking a refund and would be going to the jaz mirabel club under protest.Twenty minutes later we were phoned and told that a full refund would be acceptable if we could pick a new holiday with someone else by 1.00pm.This was at 12.45pm.We managed to do this.Our refund came a week later than we were told after more threats of legal action,and I am so glad I don't have to bother with these muppets again.Please if you are going on holiday do not use these because you will be sorry,they completely ruined our 25 wedding anniversary celebrations.

Summary: do not use luxuryholidaymaker .co.uk if you want a stress free holiday
