Newest Review: ... me into putting a deposit on a holiday that I was unsure about. In the end I left Travel Choice and chose the other holiday with Going Places instead. It turned out to be a cheaper holiday and looks like a nicer resort and better hotel. I've not been yet, so here's hoping it's good. The main reason that I reviewed Travel Choice is to warn people of pushy salespeople. I recently visited Travel Choice to look at some possible holidays, I already had a good quote from Going Places but I decided to go to some other travel agents to see what was on offer. The shop itself is modern and funky with bright colours, coffee for customers and as well as brochures there are basic destination guides in the form of leaflets. So far so good, at first the guy that served me seemed very helpful, asked my budget and told me if I had a quote already - he would definitely match it. As I normally book everything on line before I used a conventional Travel Agent I shopped around the High Street Travel Agents. I found Travel Choice the best by far. They have very trendy modern offices and great staff. Their prices are great and the foreign currency rates were the best I could find. Having never been on a allocated on arrival holiday before my Travel Agent assured me I would enjoy it and I did. One week in the Costa Brava lying on a perfect beach.
