I have to confess - this may be a bit of a biased opinion. I actually work for the world of TUI in a Lunn Poly shop, but I really had the urge to write good things about the company. I left my hectic, well paid job to become a travel agent- and so glad I did. I have never worked for such a nice company. TUI are so customer focused, its almost unreal! They are a HUGE company, Lunn Poly, Magic, Jetsave, Thomson...and many more are all part of the TUI world. Not only does each one offer value and quality, it also offers variety because of the large volume of services it offers. To tell you how dedicated TUI are to their customers, here is a little tale to tell. Mr Martin had been a regular at out Lunn Poly branch for over fourty years, once a month, without fail he would book a weekend away to Torquay in a specific hotel. Staff loved him both at the hotel and in the shop, so when his 90th birthday was approaching, our shop decided it was time to give him something back in return. They organised a free weekend away for him in his favourite hotel, he was over the moon. The story made the local press and Mr Martin was loving the attention! He still comes in to book and everyone is amazed at his spriteness despite his age. In short, Lunn Poly or TUI did not have to give Mr Martin anything, he was happy parting with his money every month, and happy to recive a welcome chat; but was so grateful when he recieved his freebie that the tale will always have an impact on me.

TUI is very customer focused and could almost be guaranteed not to sell rubbish. They offer holidays for everyone - and if you havn't done so already - travel with us, you will not be disappointed.
