Lucky we had checked this last night and in fact noticed that we were no longer covered, so my job today was to find travel insurance that will cover us for our holiday. I was able to insure my son who hadn t even been born at the time of booking our flights. Unfortunately we had to make a claim as son was hospitalised at three weeks old when we should have flown out to show him off to grandparents in Paphos. Go Travel Insurance were fantastic, really helpful on the phone and sent all the documentation out to make a claim really quickly. We needed a letter from the hospital explaining why we weren t allowed to fly which the hospital provided at no cost (insurance would not have covered payment for evidence letter). The whole matter was dealt ... Read the full review: Company does what it says on the tin.... so read the small print. by HonestBob |
