	Tesco Travel Insurance ... don t buy Tesco travel Insurance. We took out cover for a year and while in Italy I had a phone call to say that my mum was very poorly and obviously we wanted to get back to the Uk as fast as we could. Our tour rep was brilliant getting us back to our hotel from Venice so that we could contact Tesco. It was the worst 24 hours I ve ever spent - I explained the situation and that we had to get back to Luton and was assured that we would get a call back with our flight options. 	Money Supermarket ... them once for travel insurance - will not do so again - for any product or service they automatically take the money for continuation of the policy - they say its all in the mountain of paper work which it may well be but to take money on the assumption you want to continue is the same a theft especially as it is done by credit card. i fill my up with fuel regularly but i don t expect the garage to take money just because i purchased there previously. there are enough companies offering insurance so it is there loss not mine... 	Insure and Go ... renewal Overcharge with insureandgo!!! I have an annual black cover with insureandgo that has just tried to renew my cover automatically (as it is expiring). Having checked their website, they are offering to renew my cover for 7.5% MORE than is available for new customers online. So rather than offering you a discount for loyalty, they want to overcharge you for the benefit of continued business. (i have not claimed anything by the way)...
