I had a problem when I went on holiday last month. I sent them email 20 times and called them 20 times to get a claim form.they always say they already sent it out to me.I called them again to ask them to send one again as I had never recieved the claim form.they always said the same they already sent out. I told the address so many times and they told me there were no mistake in my address. but still I have not recieved the form.I wonder has anyone ever got thier claim ever. Cheap insurance but if they would not pay customer's claim then what is the insurance for???
Should if I should keep on calling them or call the police to report this company.

Don't buy insurance through Atlas Direct!(White Horse Insurance) We did, but what they don't tell you is that if there are multiple claims they roll them all into one claim which for us took us over the £250 threshold and so should have contacted their emergency advice line. When we tried to make a claim when we came back to the UK, the telephonist was abrupt, told us our claim would be void.

I notice all the reviews are quite old. Here is a more up to date review. DONT BUY FROM ATLAS DIRECT. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY OK AND THEIR PRICE MIGHT NOT BE TOO BAD EITHER, BUT THEY DONT PAY OUT IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM. THEIR TRAVEL INSURANCE IS THROUGH WHITEHOUSE INSURANCE SERVICES IRELAND AND I WOULD LOVE TO READ EVERYONE'S OPINION ON THEIR SERVICE! HAVE YOU MADE A CLAIM AND NOT BEEN PAID OUT? ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING - Advantages: Easy site unless you have to get a medical reference, Cheaper than others - and you can tell in the customer service, Run out of advantages - on't buy, you can't trust them - Disadvantages: Difficult to get medical ref - imagine if you had to make a claim!, Shocking customer service - completely unhelpful, They don't care about customers and don't return emails

I tried the web this year for my travel insurance needs. Boy there's a lot of sites out there who can't seem to get it right. Thankfully Atlas Direct is not one of them. The site is simple easy to use. The price was extremely competitive, not the cheapeast, but certainly the best package. I bought & paid for online and the documents arrived a few days later. They were simple to read & understand, although still lots of insurance jargon. Overall, the buying experince was easy. I didnt have to claim from them so don't know how they'd do there.
