I tried the web this year for my travel insurance needs. Boy there's a lot of sites out there who can't seem to get it right. Thankfully Atlas Direct is not one of them. The site is simple easy to use. The price was extremely competitive, not the cheapeast, but certainly the best package. I bought & paid for online and the documents arrived a few days later. They were simple to read & understand, although still lots of insurance jargon.

Overall, the buying experince was easy. I didnt have to claim from them so don't know how they'd do there.

Would I use them again next year....?
