We have had a worldwide,family,yearly policy with Boots for 3 years and have never had to use it. My son had his pay as you go phone stolen from a locked hotel roon in Amsterdam. Boots has a very nicely laid out, clear web site offering the range of products they cover - annual, trip, winter sports and gap year.
