BA SCAM!!!

I booked travel insurance through BA for a holiday at the end of August 08. I booked 4 days before leaving. The policy says that to cancel, you must return the documents. Since I was leaving in 4 days, I was told when I booked that if I wanted to cancel, I could return them when I get back, ie. a week or so later than normal.

After returning them, I waited two months and still no refund.
6 telephone calls later and nobody responded to me once.
Finally, on the 7th call I am told that they will not refund it as it is not the policy!!!

Even when I called to cancel I was told that it would be fine to return them late, as long as I include a cover note, which I did.

I'm not giving up yet, but am absolutely disgusted with them.
