Advantages: Competitive price, Cover for exisiting medical problems, Great people!
Disadvantages: No-one has heard of them!
This company are absolutely brilliant for Travel Insurance.
They offer cover for exisiting medical conditions, which is rare. They are also genuinley helpful and sensitive.
It's so rare to find a company who treat you like a human being, and CH Insurance are to applauded for their service.
I have a back problem, for which I have had hospital treatment. I found that the majority of travel insurance companies will not cover you for any existing medical conditon before you travel.
This means if you saw your doctor about a pain, which is triggered or worsened while on holiday they may not pay for treatment, etc.
CH Insurance were sensitive to my condition and needs, extremely helpful and made sure I had the right policy for me (even though it came out cheaper!). (Around £60 for a couple for the year!)
When I was due to travel and couldn't find my policy number they couldn't have been more helpful - offering to fax a copy to me, and reassuring me with the info that was pertinent.
Genuinely - in a world of customer services mistreatment - these are one of the good guys!

- 25/09/03 Hi and welcome to dooyoo. It's always good to know about travel insurance that covers you for problems you already have so thanks for that. I would have liked a little more information - do they had a website, how easy was it to get cover, what type of questions did they ask, etc. This information would have made your review very useful.
