Last week I booked a holiday over the internet, it is for one week to Lanzarote in June. I booked the apartment over the internet but I booked my flights with a travel agent because I wanted transfers from my house to the airport included. I didn't take their holiday insurance as it would have cost £16 each, I know that's not too bad coming from a travel agent but I knew I would get cheaper if I tried.
