Recently made a claim due to infected misquito bites on my legs while in Crete. Attending doctor contacted Direct Travel, everything was straight forward from there on in. Claim paid in full, no problems. We paid the doctor our excess and everything else was taken care of through my claim. I even got a courtesy call on my return to make sure I was home and asked if I was well. The claim form was sent by post but I did not receive it. I phoned to inform them after a week or so from my return home and I was given the choice of having the form a emailed to me immediately for my convenience. Will definately buy from Direct Travel again. Highly recommend this company 100% satisfaction. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful and it felt like they really did respect and care about me.
