Having recently returned from holiday in US I took holiday insurance with Flexicover, on holiday I damaged my prescription glasses. They where expensive as they where veri vocals, cost £480. I had the glasses 4 years ,they where in perfect condition, I used them everyday reading, driving,etc. I put in claim with note from Dollond and Aitchison confirming damage.I was sent cheque 5 weeks later, £15 as settlement for claim. Flexicover deducted money for wear and tear. and the fact the maximum they will pay out is £150 for glasses. This was a simple case, still they did not make a fare payout. This company is a con and should not be used if you hope one day to claim and be fully recompensed . Buyer beware find a more reputable , reliable company . Cheap does not mean good value or reliable. This company is Bad News
