After taking out cheap insurance with Insure and Go I had to make a claim after returning from holiday.
So I did the needful thing.....filled out the claim form and sent it back awaiting my compensation.
A few weeks later I received the compensation - it was POOR!!!!!.
So I gave them a call and tey informed me that they only covered part of delay and did not cover days lost for work or any other conveniecne causd by air delay. I replied back saying - why did you provide me with a form for loss of days off work - they have yet given no reply.
I found the staff unhelpful and told me to take the matter up with the airline.
But this is why Itook out travel insurance...or so i thought....

in the future i will pay a little extra for a more reputable company
