Disadvantages: Painfully slow at dealing with claims

I've currently been waiting for over a month for my claim to be dealt with. Having sent back all the requested information I have heard nothing at all. When I've phoned the company to chase I'm told that my claim has yet to be seen by a loss ajuster. Frankly I think this service is unacceptable. The only other time I've claimed with an insurance company it was settled within a week (Direct Line home insurance.)

Also judging by the other reviews I'm not hopeful that I will be satisfied with my claim if or when someone bothers to look at it.

Summary: Be prepared to wait indefinitely for a claim to be processed
