They are without a doubt the worst insurance company I have ever used.

Everytime I have called up their staff are very rude and un-helpful.

We had an annual mult-trip policy and after claiming after a villa burglary where we had stolen Ipods, speakers, cash etc etc I got back £154.92. Not even enough to buy my brand new iPod back which cost £220.
I had every receip[t for each item so nothing could have been doubted.

My advice is use with caution.
